1. Cancellation before payment
If you have not yet completed payment, simply close the checkout window — no charge will be made.
2. Cancellation after payment
Because our Lifetime Membership activates instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after payment. Instead, please refer to our Refund Policy — you have 7 days to request a full refund.
3. Membership itself
The Lifetime Membership is one-time and non-recurring. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.
4. Account closure
You may request account deletion at any time by emailing support@learngrid.academy. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund outside the 7-day window.
