If Learngrid Academy is not for you, request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase by writing to support@learngrid.academy.
2. What we need
- The order ID from your confirmation email.
- The email you purchased with.
- A short reason (helps us improve).
3. When refunds are not available
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
- The membership was used in violation of our Terms.
- Buyer's remorse claims unsupported by evidence of defect.
4. How we process refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Razorpay. Processing time:
- Credit/debit card: 5–7 business days
- UPI / Net-banking: 3–5 business days
- Wallets: 1–3 business days
5. Once refunded
Your Lifetime Membership is deactivated and access to courses is revoked.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we will always resolve fairly. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may suspend your account.
