We sell a one-time Lifetime Membership that grants you personal, non-transferable, perpetual access to all our current and future courses. You may not resell, redistribute or share your access.

5. Pricing & payments
All prices in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited.
6. Delivery
Access is instant on successful payment — the membership activates on your account within seconds.

8. Intellectual property
All content is the property of Learngrid Academy or its licensors. No content may be copied or redistributed without written consent.
9. Acceptable use
- No unlawful purpose.
- No reverse engineering, scraping or automated access.
- No sharing of your account.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Limitation of liability
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
